Dear Five Stones Patient,

Dr Calihan is now officially up and running as a virtual practitioner! While we were thrilled that nothing had to change on your end in terms of logging onto the portal, there were some changes made on our end. 

One of those changes was a loss of all stored credit cards on file.  Starting today, we ask that you please add your credit card to your profile before your next appointment.  It will be saved in your chart so you should only have to do this once unless you change credit cards.

Also please note that you will be charged the appointment fee to the card on file at the completion of your appointment.
